Portfolio platform & CMS
This site: a server-rendered Next.js application backed by MongoDB Atlas, with real-time 3D device mockups and a purpose-built content management panel.
The challenge
I wanted a portfolio that feels crafted rather than templated, but that I can keep up to date without touching code. Every section of the site, from projects to experience, needed to be editable from a secure admin panel.
Architecture
Pages are rendered on the server with the Next.js App Router and read straight from MongoDB Atlas through Mongoose models. Uploaded images are stored in GridFS with automatically generated blur placeholders, so the whole platform runs on a single database.
Details that matter
Interactive 3D device models, text decoding effects, and theme-aware styling are all preserved, while the admin panel reuses the same design system so editing content feels like part of the site.
